My parents, Don and Mary Ann owned and operated Ganim's Kountry Kitchen in Key Largo from 1989-1998. Still wanting to live in South Florida, they came a little north and began this amazing business, JUNO BEACH CAFE in 1998. It has become a landmark in downtown Juno Beach! Dad started in the kitchen and the back of the house, while mom was the welcoming face of JBC, greeting guests and holding crying babies so the parents could eat their meals in peace. Sadly, mom went "home" in July 2021 into the loving arms of Jesus and His Blessed Mother after a year-long fight with cancer. She was truly the face of JBC! My parents have three daughters - Christine, Stephanie and me, Terri. Among the three of us have given them 7 grandchildren. My older sister, Christine and her family live in Key Largo but will hopefully be moving north, closer to us soon! Their daughter, Angelica move out of the Keys and into the family business and acts as my assistant manager. While I, the "middle daughter" live in Jupiter with my amazing husband, Keith and our two children, Jack 13 and Olivia 11 1/2. Stephanie, our youngest is making the biggest change in our family! She decided to move out of Islamorada and move in with dad in Palm Beach Gardens and will teach in a local school. Her youngest, Luke will start college in the fall. Zack will be a junior and Jake is graduating in a few months.
So many great things happen at JBC! We have been so blessed and God continue those blessings on us everyday. We are grateful for all our guests who have been with us for so many years. We truly appreciate your business. Please be safe and healthy! We hope you enjoy the experience and we look forward to the next time we meet!!!

Uncle Eddie owned eight pancake houses in and around Great Falls, Montana in the 1950's and 60's. Many summers Don would visit his Uncle Eddie and began learning the restaurant business. He let Don mix the pancake batter, but only his Uncle Eddie would prepare the secret ingredients he called the "dynamite".
Years after his Uncle Eddie's passing, Don acquired his famous pancake recipe and Juno Beach Cafe continues to honor him by proudly serving his 65-year-old pancake recipe, affectionately know as "UEPs!"
