Time to get excited! The Juno Beach Cafe is closing for renovations on September 22, 2025. We will be giving our little cozy cafe a fabulous makeover. We may reopen on September 29th, but we're not sure. We will post the exact reopen date right here on September 25th.
Uncle Eddie owned eight pancake houses in and around Great Falls, Montana, in the 1950s and '60s. Many summers, Don would visit his Uncle Eddie and begin learning the restaurant business. He let Don mix the pancake batter, but only his Uncle Eddie would prepare the secret ingredients he called the "dynamite." Years after Uncle Eddie's passing, Don acquired his famous pancake recipe. Juno Beach Cafe honors him by proudly serving his 65-year-old pancake recipe, affectionately known as "UEPs!".
