The Fourth of July is one of the most significant federal holidays, commemorating the signing of the Declaration of Independence. JBC will be serving guests and celebrating this special day-come join us. We wish all a wonderful July 4th!
Uncle Eddie owned eight pancake houses in and around Great Falls, Montana, in the 1950s and '60s. Many summers, Don would visit his Uncle Eddie and begin learning the restaurant business. He let Don mix the pancake batter, but only his Uncle Eddie would prepare the secret ingredients he called the "dynamite." Years after Uncle Eddie's passing, Don acquired his famous pancake recipe. Juno Beach Cafe honors him by proudly serving his 65-year-old pancake recipe, affectionately known as "UEPs!".
